Inspiration for this Website

This website was inspired by the work of a group of WPI students in a Great Problems Seminar about The World's Water as Coes Pond Common.  After looking into Coes Pond, the students in the Great Problems Seminar realized that the main problem wasn't really about the state of the pond but the different groups that all cared about it, but in different ways.

The students wrote "While yes there are meetings on the pond, each different group wants a different thing.  A website was created with the idea of a "common ground" for all parties involved and the public as well. "
